Kerbed ,Corroded, Scuffed, Dented and Cracked alloy wheels.
The wheels are removed from the vehicle and deflated; the beads are broken so that the tyre comes away from the alloy trim. The damaged areas are repaired and primer paint and lacquered or machine polished to match the original finish.
Powdercoating_ for the highest possible finish on you wheels or other metal items.this will mean loosing your wheels for up to 62 hours as it will be the full alooy that gets re done, ideal when the damage is more than just a rash and requires the wheel to be chemically stripped and sand blasted before any other repairs are carried out to the wheel. stonger more durable finish but also cost more than a smart repair at your home.
For major dent and welding work, this will not be done on site however aim to be back to you within 24hours

Scratch Repair.
The scratches are first removed by sanding, either by wet or machine sanding.
The damaged area is then prepared and primer is applied to it. The area is then base coated, using the latest water based colour matching system. It is then lacquered and blended using S.M.A.R.T. blending techniques. Once the paint is cured a machine is used to buff and polish the repaired area to create a factory standard finish.

Plastic Repair.
Cracked or scuffed bumpers, plastic moulding and mirror casings are all repaired using cold plastic welding.
The repaired area is sanded and prepared; plastic primer is then applied and retextured. The area is then repainted to match its original form.

Stone Chip Repair.
Paint chipped areas are cleaned with specialist degreasing chemicals and a colour is mixed according to the colour of the vehicle.
The colour is applied and touched in to the chip as a base coat colour. Lacquer is then touched in over the base coat to build up the paint chip; once the paint is cured wet sanding is used to flatten any excess paint. A machine is then used to buff and polish the repaired areas to create an acceptable stone chip repair.

Leather & Plastic Trim Repairs.
Scuffed, torn or worn leather and plastic trims can be rectified and repaired efficiently by the means of the following procedures.
The damaged area is texture replicated and re-coloured using special formulated leather and a plastic water based colour system used to restore and repair trims to their original form.
Holes caused by phone accessory fittings to dashboards and centre consoles can also be rectified by means of the same method.
Fabric trim and upholstery repairs.
Cigarette burns and tares to interior fabric trims can be rectified and repaired by using our S.M.A.R.T. fabric trim repair kit.
Burnt or torn fabrics are filled and replaced with new matching fibre to restore its original form.
