The best way to get started on a healthy eating track is to join our cooking sessions which create structure and accountability. During this time we are not only cooking, we are building an inspiration to do small changes and adjustments in our diets which will lead us to bigger lifestyle changes. We will talk about destructive cravings and how to crowd them out, about main food combinations, detoxification, how should a nutritional-dense plate look like, super foods, what are the healthiest food from different groups: fats, proteins, whole grains and much more. And of course we cook delicious through easy recipes where you will not find sugar and flour. More greens, vegetables, fruits, energy and joy! Less pans, pots and complexities.
