Brief Description.

The Villa is situated on Monte Pedgeruer, 4 km from the small town of pedgeruer,

Which has local bars, super market, petrol stations and other shopping amenity's. There is a local Bar and restaurant approx 800mtres from the villa which offers both menu and carvery, this is Situated down a steep hill and may not be suitable for every one to walk. The villa is approx 11km

To either Denia or Javea coastal resort where there are lovely beaches, many bars/ restaurants,Leisure activities, shops and banks.

The villa comprises of two levels, which have four bedrooms, which all have double
beds, bedside cabinets, chest of draws, three of which have wardrobes, there are two kitchens, two Lounges where there are located settees which can be converted to use as additional sleeping accommodation. A dinning room which can accommodate eight persons adjacent to the kitchen table which can accommodated a further four people. Two bathrooms/toilets, one which has a bath/shower the other shower unit only. A covered naya area where you will find the washing machine should you wish to use it, an indoor BBQ Hob, a traditional Pizza oven, Patio table and six chairs. We would ask any smokers to use this area only please not inside the villa.

There are two sun terraces one either side of the villa, the larger of the two houses the out side BBQ . The Villa has its own private, fresh water 10x4 mtr pool with pleasant views of the coast to the the east, and the Mongo mountain to the south east. The villa comes equipped with all Kitchen/Dinning utensil and bedding. We do ask all visitors to bring there own towels.

Both Kitchens house separate mini combi hot water Systems which are easy to both light/operate or if necessary change a gas bottle using the simple instructions and picture shown later in the welcome pamphlet on arrival.
