Jon Warren moved to San Sebastián with nothing but a suitcase. He realized that visitors needed help exploring the culinary terrain, and founded the business in San Sebastián, Spain, in 2009 under the name San Sebastián Food. Since that day, we strive to bring the mimo to visitors who want to immerse themselves in local food culture. Live the Mimo experience on our culinary tours, at our gourmet shops in San Sebastián (Mimo San Sebastián, formerly San Sebastián Food) and Sevilla (Mimo Sevilla), as well as in our luxury cooking school located in the centre of San Sebastián at the Hotel Maria Cristina.
