The apartment is accessed directly by three private elevators. The official habitation certificate from the Barcelona authorities confirms habitation for twenty seven persons based on the sq meters of floor space , however the owners have restricted this to ten persons but gives an indication to its open plan spacious environment.
Guest Access:
A concierge service can be arranged if required to assist guests during their stay. The Penthouse is offered as a whole to the guest and no restrictions to access to any part of the house are in place.
Interaction with Guests:
The host will meet and greet guests on arrival and will be contactable as required. The host will visit occasionally during guests stay.
The Neighborhood:
The Penthouse is within walking distance of most of Barcelona´s major landmarks most of which are visible from the roof top terrace. The roof and Cupola offer the best view of the famous landmark Gaudi’s Basilica Sagrada Familia which almost feels like it is touching distance from the roof top terrace.
It is particularly spectacular at night when illuminated; it is a must for unique a photo opportunity.
Getting around:
Barcelona has excellent public transport facilities, the apartment is on all major bus routes and the metro station is only a short walk across the street.
A taxi from the airport takes 30 minutes and the Airport bus leaves every five minutes from both Terminal 1 and 2 to Plaza Catalonia which is a short walk from the apartment.
