The philosophy of our center is to transmit to people through our own life experiences the connection between body, mind and soul, the importance of listen to our inner voice and open our mind to it.
Health is not just eating fresh organic food, is about how you eat and How you feel when you eat!,

Awakening the consciousness is to open your mind in resonance with your soul, to accept that love is the only and true energy that really exist everywhere.

Many people has forgotten than the body is only a messenger of the soul, and when the soul and the mind are disconnected, the body just shows the unbalance between them through pain, diseases, or emotional unbalance, our aim is to guide you through this new experience, and help you to connect soul and mind, so your body will be the reflection of joy and vibrant health!

We will help you not just to nourish your body, but your mind and your soul, nutrition is not just physical, but mental and spiritual, to feed the mind with positive thoughts and activities will get you to a wellbeing space that will feed your soul too!
Our Intention is offer you activities that will help you to listen your inner self, and remember the divine being that is in all of us, we will not promises anything, because open your mind and healing yourself is your decision and responsibility, we will provide you the necessary tools for it, but is always your free will to change or not.
Our center will offer you activities like, meditation, yoga, sacral dancing; lectures, watching documentary films, group talks, workshops, courses, seminars, and private therapies like, Reiki, massage, nutritional consultations, and more.
We are also creating a foundation for charity events, to help others without the necessary resources for basic living; we will provide you soon with more information about this exciting project!
