The airy lounge has a TV, DVD, video and freeview box and 2 sofas - 1 of which easily converts to a double metal action sofa bed.

There is a dining table and 6 chairs should you choose to eat inside, an iPod dock and a large sideboard that is home to a substantial (if random) selection of books, DVDs, videos and children's toys.

The kitchen provides all that you should need to make your holiday as stress free as possible. There is a large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker and hob and of course a dishwasher!!!

The cupboards and drawers are amply stocked with pots, pans, mugs, glasses and utensils and you will also find various other condiments and essentials left by previous occupants.


The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms - 1 with twin beds and the master has a king-size.

Each has its own bathroom, the master bedroom has a separate door, small corridor and bathroom creating the feel of a suite rather than a bedroom.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Previous occupants have tended to leave bits and pieces of shampoo and sun cream etc so please feel free to help yourself should you have forgotten anything that you need.

There is also a hairdryer in the master bedroom.


The grounds throughout the safe secure complex are immaculately maintain.

There are also 2 swimming pools - the smaller of which is heated all year round.

Both pools have toilets and changing room facilities.

There is also an underground car park and lift access should parking on the street not appeal.
