Hello! I have lived and worked in Spain for nearly 30 years and speak Spanish (after many lessons!). I have been married for nearly the same length of time and with my husband have raised a daughter in Spain who is now currently attending University in Scotland.
I have worked in Real Estate on the Costa Del Sol for nearly 3 years with the much respected Estate Agency Property Point Spain which is based within the idyllic Old Town of Marbella. Property Point Spain has been successfully in business for nearly ten years with the same owners.
I have always worked here in Spain generally setting up and running my owning businesses which include bars, restaurants, Wedding Planning and a school uniform shop.
Realising the upturn in the property market around three years ago on the Costa Del Sol after the lull for a few years, I decided to change careers and become an estate agent which proved to be a great move which I enjoy and have found success with.
I find great pleasure meeting and working with people of all nationalities, finding out what their ideal property is, maybe a holiday home for personal use and/or to rent out or a full time home in the sun, from a lovely, low priced apartment to a luxury villa.
It is quite normal for me to spend up to a week or more with my clients showing them different areas and properties along the coast and slightly inland in order to find their perfect property, especially if my clients are not familiar with the area at all.
Many clients remark how they have seen and learn´t more about the area in two to three days with me than they would have done in 6 months on their own!
I work in a very professional, organised and relaxed manner with no pressure, it is important that my clients enjoy their time so that they can make clear, informed decisions.
After sales service is also very important to me and I can recommend excellent lawyers, mortgage brokers, decorators, builders, plumbers etc.
I offer the complete service from the beginning of the buying process until completion and afterwards if required.
