We offer high quality holiday lets in Javea, Moraira and Benitachell on Costa Blanca north.

Property Management Service
We are able to offer a dedicated service, whether, as an owner, you simply require your property to be cleaned from time to time, or for all facets of your property to be managed completely.
We are in Benitachell but operate in the whole Costa Blanca North area, and like to believe that we are friendly, efficient and approachable.
We are contactable in person on a 24-hour-a-day basis.

Keyholding - We look after your keys, and make inspection as often as you want and are able to administer immediate “first aid” to resolve emergencies. We check that appliances are working, including the toilets and waste systems, and we check for leaks, storm damage and any pest infestation.

Change-overs - We know how important it is that your home is looked after. We will ensure that when you or your guests arrive, all the appliances have been turned on, including hot water, fridge, freezer etc.
Prior to or during your stay, we can supply you and/or your guests with the latest information on local events and places of interest to visit.

Cleaning – Even though holidaymakers will leave your home clean and tidy, something is always forgotten, or not cleaned at all. This we take care of by our professional cleaning group.
All beds are stripped, bathrooms cleared of towels and mats, and laundry commences! The beds are then made with fresh linen.
Bathrooms and kitchen are disinfected, and cleaned along with the rest of the house, to a very high standard.
Lastly, terraces and patios are hosed down, and mopped.

Postal Collection – We will collect post on your behalf and forward it to your home address if requested.
