Primera unidad de producción teatral creada por el INAEM del Ministerio de Eduación, Cultura y Deporte. Gobierno de España. El CDN cuenta con dos sedes para el desarrollo de sus actividades: el Teatro María Guerrero y el Teatro Valle-Inclán.

Spain’s first theatre production unit, created by the Instituto Nacional de las Artes Escénicas y de la Música (INAEM, or National Institute for the Performing Arts and Music), attached to the Ministry of Culture. The CDN has two facilities for its activities: the María Guerrero Theatre and the Valle-Inclán Theatre.
