WiFi and hot/cold airconditioning are included, and the community has a recently (2016) refurbished patio area with 2 swimming pools, 1 being for toddlers and small children. The communal area is in the middle of the complex, guaranteeing you shelter from the wind, but thanks to being elevated, the sun is visible all day. The kitchen is well appointed with a 4 burner cooker, oven, microwave and all modern amenities. There is a washing machine available in both penthouses.
