BeLegalrenting.com has been specifically formed to assist all property owners who rent or intend to rent their properties and to offer help to agencies that manage rental properties throughout Andalucia. This service has become critical from 2016 due to a fundamental change in the law which now obliges all owners to register their properties and meet a prescribed minimum standard together with having obligatory documentation in place for the property BEFORE renting it.
