1995 - El Motaheda for trading and agencies has been incorporated as an agent for Unionaire that working in air-conditioning equipment.

On 30th of November 1998 the company was accredited as an approved distributor for Vodafone Corporation in Egypt.

The company has endeavored since then to expand in cellular services and open new branches throughout the governorate. Equipped and prepared by the latest systems and decorations to welcome customers and provide better services to them.

In 2001 it has renewed its contract with Vodafone corp. to be the executive distributor of Vodafone services throughout the republic.

In 2006 the company succeeded to open considerable branch to the company in Hong Kong city in the China under the title of advanced vision technology.

In 2007 the trademark “ Original “ has been approved to be utilized by El Motaheda company in Egypt.

In 2008 the company has obtained the contract with KDI for mobiles under the brand “ Anycool “ to be the executive agency for its product in Egypt.

In 2009 Was adopted brand “UniTronics” for Electronic Devices to be among the company's products to be the United Company is the official agent for “UniTronics” products in Egypt.

In 2009 the company has obtained the contract with G-Tide co. for mobiles under the brand “G-Tide“ to be the executive agency for its product in Egypt.

In 2014 the company has changed El Motaheda name to "Uni Group"

In 2015 the Group has obtained the contract with Lenovo ZUK co. for mobiles under the brand “ZUK“ to be the executive agency for its product in Egypt.

In 2016 it has renewed its contract with Etisalat corp. to be the executive distributor of Etisalat services throughout the republic.

In 2016 the Group has obtained the contract with Gionee co. for mobiles under the brand “Gionee“ to be the executive agency for its product in Egypt.
