The palace belongs to Nobel of Fatma Hayder daughter of lady Zeinab Fahmy and prince Aly Hayder El shanacy ,she is grand daughter of Ibarahim pacha son of Mohammed Ali pacha
The palace was constructed by zeinab Fahmy in 1919 and was completed after her death by her daughter Fatma Hayder she completed some constructions,decorations and furnituring at 1923
The palace is considered one of unique marvallous buildings in art and design which is an adoption from the European styls like paintings on the ceilings adopted from Renaissance age in Italy,scenes of staind glass and decorations are adopted from Barouk and Rococou art the space of the palace of the garden are 4185m²
In 1986 a presidential decree proclaimed to transfer the palace into a museum contains the jewels of Mohammed Ali pacha's family
and so the building became a special museum gathering between the beauty of designs, decorations and the gorgeous of precious jewelries
