Horus Foam Manufacturing Co. SAE is totally owned by an Egyptian Lebanese Group and is established in Egypt since 1999. We manufacture bedding equipment under the MASTERBED trademark i.e a range of more than 18 different mattress models (from the most economic up to the high end), bed bases (padded in wood), headboards, pillows, duvet, protectors, mattress top (memory foam), sofa, sofa beds, trundle beds and extra beds.

The factories are located in 6th of October industrial zone – Egypt on premises of 20.000sqm with the administrative offices in Cairo and a liaison office in Beirut and Jeddah. To date, the total staff is 225 people.

MASTERBED is a brand leader on the Egyptian retail market with a company managed network of 22 Points of Sales while supplying 350 independent furniture galleries.

- On the Institutional level, MASTERBED has furnished more than 50.000 hotel rooms of 4 & 5 stars such as Accor Group, Starwood, Inter-Continental, Kempinski, Swiss Inn, Hilton, Hyatt, Fairmont, Orascom Group of hotels, etc…

- On the Export level, MASTERBED is marketed in the Middle-East and Africa. It is interesting here to note that MASTERBED has won the international tender for providing to KSA the bedding equipment of King Abdallah and Princess Noura Universities with several hotels like Raffles Hotel, Tower H., compounds and individual villas.

In view of its success with its products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, MASTERBED has also set up a trading branch with its own staff in Saudi Arabia with its first showroom opening in Jeddah (180sqm). Further showrooms will be opened in the Kingdom i.e in Riyadh and Khobar. The Saudi Arabian MASTERBED staff will cover retail and institutional sectors of the market.

MASTERBED bedding products are among the very few and probably the only in the Middle-East to have successfully passed the tests of CTBA-France (Technical Center for Wood and Furniture) thus confirming their compliance with international standards of quality. MASTERBED is ISO 9001 and is able to comply with ASTM International U.S standards.
