In 1996, the School came into being by Dr. Fawzi Salama Soliman and Dr. Wedad Ewida to offer a high quality education to the middle class people, without the high costs of private schools similar to those their own children were educated at. Another reason is the chance to be able to make a difference to the future generations by offering a high level of education to help them later on in life as they enter universities and the world of business.

The American section was started by Engineer Usama Fawzi 2004- 2005 to offer an alternative to the national system, as it gives the students more freedom of thought, creativity and a better education.
