Our Ice-cream is made of fresh ingredients and we add liquid nitrogen with temperature of -196 degrees to freeze them in just 90 seconds then the liquid nitrogen evaporates leaving the Ice-cream very cold and tasty. The temperature of the Ice-cream makes it healthy because any bacteria could only live in a minimum temperature of -10 degrees.
