"Hit n Run Egypt" is a professional sports team previously known as "Shedd Fitness" after 2017 we changed our identity to the today's name.
The change was a must due to the major change that happened in the fitness industry over all.
Our main methodology is CrossFit methods, Functional workouts to ensure the output of a total healthy body from the 3 aspects: 1- Gymnastics, 2- Weightlifting & 3- Metabolic Conditioning (Cardio)
We do not train athletes. We prepare leaders.
