طيب لو في حد معندوش خبرة .. يقعد في البيت !!!
الفكرة هنا ان دايما اي وظيفة او اي حاجة الناس بتقدم عليها بتكون ليها جزئين من التاهيل ..
التاهيل الاكاديمي .. يعني لو محامي لازم يكون فاهم قانون .. مهندس يكون فاهم هندسة ..
والجزء التاني التأهيل المهاري ..
كل الموظفين حاليا بيجمعوا ان التعليم الأكاديمي لوحدوا مش كفاية إنه يخليك تشتغل في المكان إللي بتحلم بيه
.. يعني ع سبيل المثال ممكن موظف شاطر جدا في شغله بس عمره ما هيترقي عشان مش معندوش المهارة المطلوبه للترقيه القادمة زي

احنا بقي مسئولين عن الحتة دي .. اللي هي المهارات الوظيفية اللي تخلي اي حد لو بيقدم ع الوظيفة هو اللي يتقبل مش الشخص اللي بيقدم معاه
الشركات حاليا بتدور على الموظف إللي من اول يوم يقدر يتأقلم على طريقة العمل و يبدأ يطلع نتيجه في أسرع وقت

ممكن تكون الاكاديمية من بعيد كدة تشبه حاجات كتير بتعمل كدة ..
