Cross training is the new and improved workout sensation! Cross training uses a variety of different exercises to make quick and effective results. Everyday you will experience new workouts to challenge and stretch yourself.
Here you will learn the correct technique of each exercise by a coach certified in rehabilitation and physiotherapy, and a major in sports performance physical therapy. With his qualifications you can rest assure no injuries will be coming your way!
