Chest Medicine Department, Benha Faculty of Medicine include:
1- ward of 25 beds
2- Chest ICU of 4 beds
3- Pulmonary Function unit
4- Bronchoscopy unit
5- Thoracoscopy unit
The current Head of DPT: Prof. Sherif Ahmed Eissa.
Activities:
1- Every Tuesday there is a scientific meeting with discussion of clinical problems and reviewing updates in chest medicine, starting 9 Am.
2- Regular postgraduate Lectures are on Sundays and Wednesdays, starting 9 Am.
3- Clinical Rounds are on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday, starting 9 Am.
