- AlYoussef Co is being operated by an experienced engineering management in Contracting and Decoration fields. - An integrated team of Designers, Engineers and Technicians are working with the latest techniques to present the best service to our clients, throughout all our departments. - In 1986, AlYoussef Co for Contracting was founded. - In 1990, Decoration Works Dept. was added. - In 1994, Import and Trading Agencies Dept. was added. - In 1995, AlYoussef Co atelier was opened for execution of all types of artistic mosaic works, where an experienced team of artists and designers, trained in Italy, are executing all types of designs, either pixilated or handmade. - In 1996, a special division was established for Tiling of Swimming Pools (either Olympic or Free style) and all types of water features (fountains, waterfalls, lakes…etc.)
- In 2001, a special division was established for Restoration of Historical Buildings, Facades and also historical murals. - In 2003, a special division was established for electromechanical works for all water features, including swimming pools, including supply of all pool accessories, to present more integrated service to our clients.Since then, AlYoussef Co have been always presenting the ultimate products and service to our clients and we keep searching and adding all new trends in Decoration & Tiling. ALYOUSSEF CO. is the sole agent and distributor for the following companies: - Agent of BISAZZA (Italy) for Glass Mosaic, Glass Tiles, Contemporary Cement Tiles and Luxurious Sanitary Ware, presenting unique decoration styles. - Agent of VITRA (Turkey) for Ceramic and Porcelain Tiles with all complementary pieces, for swimming pools, bathrooms, kitchens, landscape. Vitra also presents Heavy Duty Tiles for factories, malls, hotels. Besides, Anti-Bacterial Tiles for hospitals and laboratories. - Agent of VITRA FIX (Turkey) for building chemicals, including adhesives, grouts, epoxies, waterproofing materials….etc - Agent of ERKALIP (Turkey) for all pool accessories including UPVC grids, ladders, lamps, cleaning tools, valves, pipes, measurement kits…etc - Agent of ZAIJIAN (China) for Decorative Tiles and Panels using Marble Mosaic, Stainless Steel and Lava Stone. - Agent of COTTOVENETO (Italy) for Decorative Tiles, Rustic Marble Tiles and Ceramic Tiles with special artistic designs. - Agent of NICHESTONE (Turkey) for Marble and Decoration Stones with notched effect and handmade artistic techniques by Gold, Silver and Natural Treated Colour Painting. - Distributors for other several International Companies for Wall and Floor coverings presenting different special decoration tiles. - تعمل شركة اليوسف تحت إدارة ذات خبرات هندسية فى مجال المقاولات والديكور. - تقوم مجموعة متكاملة من المصممين والمهندسين والفنيين بالعمل بجميع أقسام الشركة باحدث التقنيات لتقديم جودة عاليه لعملائنا. - عام 1986 تأسست شركة اليوسف للمقاولات. - عام 1990 تم إضافة نشاط الديكور. - عام 1994 تم إضافة نشاط الإستيراد والتوكيلات التجارية. - عام 1995 تم افتتاح أتيليه فنى لعمل اللوحات الجدارية والأشكال الزخرفية بالموزاييك بأيدى مهندسين مصريين تم تدريبهم بالخارج على الأساليب الفنية الحديثة لتصميم وتنفيذ الأعمال يدوياً وبالكمبيوتر. - عام 1996 تم البدء فى تنفيذ أعمال تكسيات حمامات السباحة بأنواعها وخاصة الأوليمبية طبقاً للمواصفات العالمية وجميع أعمال النوافير والشلالات والبحيرات المائية. - عام 2001 تم افتتاح فرع لأعمال ترميم المبانى الآثرية وواجهاتها وأيضاً الجداريات الآثرية. - عام 2003 تم إضافة نشاط أعمال الإلكتروميكانيك الخاصة بحمامات السباحة لتقديم خدمة متكاملة للعملاء. مازالت الشركة لها السبق وتضيف كل ماهو جديد فى عالم الديكور والتكسيات ومواد البناء الحديث. - شركة اليوسف الوكيل والموزع الوحيد للشركات التالية: - وكلاء (BISAZZA) الإيطالية للموزاييك الزجاجى والبلاطات الزجاجية والأسمنتية الحديثة والأحواض والبانيوهات وموبيليا الحمامات الراقيه بتصميمات فريده ومتميزه. - وكلاء (VITRA) التركية للسيراميك والبورسلين مع جميع القطع الخاصه لحمامات السباحة والحمامات الداخلية والمطابخ واللاند سكيب . وايضا بلاط شديد التحمل للمصانع والمولات والفنادق وسيراميك مضاد للبكتيريا للمستشفيات والمعامل. - وكلاء (VITRA FIX) التركية لجميع كيماويات البناء مثل مواد اللصق والسقيه ومواد العزل والايبوكسيات. - وكلاء (ERKALIP) التركية لجميع مستلزمات حمامات السباحة من جريللات، سلالم معدنية، كشافات، أدوات تنظيف، محابس، مواسير، أطقم قياس ...إلخ. - وكلاء (ZAIJIAN) للبلاطات الديكورية واللوحات الفنية من موزاييك رخامى وستانليس ستيل ولافا ستون. - وكلاء (COTTOVENETO) الإيطالية للبلاطات الديكورية والرخام الروستيك والسيراميك بأشكال فنيه متميزه. - وكلاء (NICHESTONES) التركيه لصناعة بلاطات الرخام المشغول البارز والغائر بالليزر مع خطوط ديكورية ملونة بالذهبى والفضى وأكاسيد طبيعية بألوان ثابتة ذات ابداع فنى. - موزعون للعديد من الشركات العالمية لتكسيات الحوائط والأرضيات من خامات متنوعة وديكورية منفردة ومتميزة. شركة اليوسف لها سابقة أعمال كبيرة ومتنوعه فى الجهات الحكومية والخاصة والقوات المسلحة ووزارة الداخلية والفنادق والنوادى والمراكز التجارية والمستشفيات والجامعات والمساجد والكنائس وغيرها الكثير.
