History of Beit El Wadi:

1997 Courts built & used for sports, with no accommodation
2000 Construction of buildings started
2002 First conference with accommodation
2003 First sports camp


Current Conference Facilities:
Accommodations:

1. Training center: consists of a total of 66 rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms and accommodations include three meals. The restaurant is fully equipped and air conditioned.

2. Small Dorms: consist of 4 rooms with a total capacity of 224 beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms and accommodations include three meals.

3. Dorms: Have two suites, either separate or joined, with a total of 10 rooms, with outside bathrooms. Rooms accommodate 90 people.

4. Cabins: consist of 20 cabins in the stadium area with the same specifications as the training center rooms.


Conference Halls:

1. Main large conference room for meetings with a capacity of 450 persons

2. Conference room #1 with a capacity of 130 persons

3. Conference room #2 with a capacity of 100 persons

4. Conference room #3 with a capacity of 60 persons

5. Conference room #4 with a capacity of 250 persons

6. Two other rooms for workshops, small conferences or baby sitting and video input
All the halls and conference rooms are air conditioned.


Grounds and Courts:

The Center is fully equipped for sports camps. It includes the following:

1. A standard football (soccer) court that can be divided into 3 pentathlon courts.

2. Another set of courts that could be used as 2 basketball courts, or two volleyball courts, or two tennis courts or one handball court or one pentathlon court.

3. 6 other courts (soccer, basketball, volleyball, and squash).

4. Facilities and games to develop the spirit of risk and challenge: High Rope course, Tower, Low Rope course, Zip Line.

5. Skateboard court for training and playing.

6. Covered Stadium with a capacity for 8,000 persons.


Other Facilities:

1. Emergency clinic with all the supplies and medications.

2. Two kiosks and a cafeteria that serve hot and cold drinks and snacks.

3. A bookstore to sell books, CDs and gifts.

4. A laundry and ironing service is available.
