By holding ourselves accountable for all our actions and offering complete transparency throughout the construction process, we cater not only for high quality on time and on budget, but also for clients’ peace of mind during the construction process.

We work very closely with our clients to ensure we develop tailor-made solutions complementing and adding value to the space designs, embracing clients’ aspirations and lifestyles, and achieving their homes or businesses requirements and budget.

The Chairman: Early 2015, Architect Salah Gomaa, building on over 20 years of extensive and diverse experience, successfully covering all different roles in many different types of projects, both in Egypt and the UK, assuming leading roles such as Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder of IDRAK Fine Finishings and Operations Manager of Magnum Enterprise, through which he has built a well respected name in the market, has launched his own label "Balance Innovation" to continue this journey of achievements
