The Restoration Laboratory Section is affiliated to the Manuscripts Museum of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
Our section maintained its position as an international leading provider of Conservation and Restoration services.

Our section operates with highly qualified experts who undertake Conservation and Restoration tasks seriously. In addition, our section is also involved in repairing manuscripts, books, documents, maps and any writes or printed materials for library, reading and researchers’ use.

The Manuscripts museum (Restoration Laboratory Section) is considered one of the most efficient and professionally managed centers, its staff is specialized in restoration offering expert services to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and worldwide institutions.
