Our young and talented chefs take great pride in offering you dishes made with quality produce that are true to the dish with a focus on taste - as it should be. We use local market produce, local meats and sausages from the best suppliers, local cheeses from one of the best cheese producers in Egypt and where we use imported ingredients like our Parmigiano Reggiano, Porcini or Arborio, it is only to add that authentic touch to you your dish.
