Bashaier:
• Creating/supporting small farmers groups
organized as virtual “bulk offer” to obtain negotiating power
• Selecting, training and management of Village Entrepreneurs in-charge of monitoring the small farmers groups through cooperation and partnership scheme with selected NGOs.
• Link to agricultural experts and research centers to provide extension services and advice.
• Communicate with all exporters and factories to link them to small farmers groups and to promote “contract farming”.
• Open direct markets directly to input suppliers
• Connect banks and MFIs with small farmers to provide adequate financing solutions.

بشاير:
• انشاء/ دعم مجموعات صغار المزارعين لتكوين كتل ذات قيمة في الشبكة.
• اختيار وتدريب ومتابعة رواد القري القائمون علي متابعة مجموعات صغار الفلاحين من خلال التعاون والشراكة مع جمعيات أهلية مختارة ترعي صغار الفلاحين.
• الاتصال بخبراء ومراكز الابحاث الزراعية لتوفير الارشاد والدعم الفني.
• العمل علي التواصل مع كافة المصدرين والمصانع لربطهم بمجموعات صغار الفلاحين والترويج للزراعة التعاقدية.
• فتح أسواق مباشرة لموردي مستلزمات الانتاج.
• الربط بين البنوك والجهات التمويلية بمجموعات صغار الفلاحين لتقديم حلول تمويلية ملائمة.
