مجتمع تسوده العدالة و السلام و التضامن الإجتماعى، معتمد على ذاته، قادر على توظيف موارده من أفراد و مؤسسات يعرف كل أفراده حقوقهم و واجباتهم و يمارسونها بحرية، للجميع فيه فرص متساوية لحياة كريمة دون تفرقة بين أفراده على أساس دين أو جنس.

Vision


IDAM represent the social work in Catholic Coptic Church Parish in Minia. They seek a community in which peace, dignity, solidarity, justice and social integration govern. They seek a community where there is no discrimination among its members due to religion or race. They seek a community where its members practice their rights and duties freely and maturely. They seek a community where women play an effective role that respects her humanity.
They seek a community free of any marginalized groups. They seek a community that provides all its members with job opportunities in order to live in healthy houses and clean environment. They seek a community where the human abilities are maximized starting with the child. A community where all its members are effective, depending on themselves in assessing their needs and provide solutions to their problems.
They are motivated by Christian faith, Catholic Church mission and their patriotic loyalty

نحن فريق العمل بقطاع التنمية بمطرانية الأقباط الكاثوليك بالمنيا، نعمل بجانب الفقراء و المهمشين و الأكثر إحتياجاً لتحقيق ملئ كرامة الإنسان، و ذلك من خلال تمكين المجتمعات و دعم المشاركة المجتمعية و تعظيم الموارد المحلية ولاسيما البشرية، إنطلاقاً من إيماننا بالتعليم الإجتماعى للكنيسة الكاثوليكية.

Mission
The mission of IDAM is
1. Helping individuals of the poor and marginalized communities to get a good life. This life provides the essential needs of the person through improving their economic, health and environmental condition. It also aims at raising the awareness and educational standards.
2. Developing the humanitarian and spiritual values as basis of material development and completely achieving human freedom and dignity.
3. Investing the different abilities of individuals in the communities where IDAM and SPW work. They help these communities practice an effective role in assessing their needs and develop solutions in order to achieve comprehensive development in their local environment.
