YC is your centrally located, friendly, affordable, and simple sanctuary for body, mind, and spirit with various yoga styles (Hatha in various forms, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Kundalini). 50+ weekly classes also some for special needs like pre-natal, post-natal, back-care, pranayama and also meditation and mindfulness classes. Many workshops on weekend/Saturday. Vegetarian food several times a month in connection with classes & workshops, or simply come and eat.
