Survival Training location Rødekro 1.87

Here you can train for the Dutch sport Survival. We train in a litle privat forest every sunday morning from 10 to 12, latest 13:00. When we train we run around over a running trail of about 400m. On and off the trail we have build obstacles from witch we use one or 2 a round. Because of the short runs we train extensive interval cardio trainings. Because of the obstacles we do strength, ballance and techniek training. And because your outside in nature breading in fresh air its much more healty for your physical and mental health.

In my days living in Holland i did many sports. Survival was by far the most fun and challanging sport i ever did. Its a young sport. The diversity of its obstacles, the distances, running for the biggest parts in nature and the organisations of the individuel survival clubs makes this sport so incredible. Missing this made me want to start a Survival club in Sweden. With the experiance of bringing the sport Survival to Sweden i now bring it to Danmark. Its enjoyful to train for the survival. Its fun, end together with others its even more fun. A adult playground and fitness.
