STARTUP HOUSING AARHUS

From Saturday August 23, 2014 to Saturday, October 11, 2014, we along with the City of Aarhus and Brabrand Housing Association offer new students the opportunity to rent a temporary startup residence on a weekly basis.

You can choose between three different types of residents:

1 A shared room at the Godsbanen area in the very center of Aarhus

2 Your own room in a shared apartment in Gellerup with the Brabrand Housing Association

3 Your own room with private bath and small kitchen at Brandskolen in Skejby.

The offer can only be used by students signed up for a higher education in Aarhus. You must be able to present either a valid student ID or acceptance letter.

The offer is temporary. However, we have assured the possibility that the shared apartments with Brabrand Housing Association can be converted into a permanent lease, provided you can find two or three others to share the apartment with after the startup period..

PAYMENT AND PRICE

Price pr. week 650 DKR. (including ticket fee of 10 DKR)

Deposit 500 DKR. (payable by card upon check-in and refunded after check-out)

The price is the same for a bed in the camp at Godsbanen, a room in a shared Gellerup apartment or a private room, bath and kitchen at Brandskolen! The big difference is the location. The farther away from the city center, the better housing facilities you can get.

Fra lørdag d. 23. august 2014 til lørdag d. 11. oktober 2014 tilbyder vi sammen med Aarhus Kommune og Brabrand Boligforening boligløse studerende mulighed for at leje en startup-bolig på ugebasis.

Boligerne fordeler sig på:

1. Godsbanearealerne i Aarhus Midtby

2. Delelejligheder i Gellerup

3. Værelse med eget bad i Skejby.

Boligerne kan kun benyttes af studerende på en videregående uddannelse i Aarhus. Du skal derfor kunne fremvise enten gyldigt studiekort eller optagelsesbrev.

Tilbuddet er midlertidigt. Dog arbejder vi på, at delelejlighederne i Gellerup kan konverteres til permanente lejemål forudsat, du selv kan finde to til tre andre at dele lejligheden med.

BETALING OG PRIS

Pris pr. uge 650 kr. (inkl. billetgebyr på 10 kr.)

Depositum 500 kr. (betales med kort ved indtjekning og refunderes ved udtjekning)

Prisen er den samme for en seng på Godsbanen, et værelse i lejlighed i Gellerup eller et værelse på Brandskolen!
