Natteravnene - Night Owls Denmark 2.44

Since the first Natteravne joined the night life in 1998 the unique idea got a foothold and now, 15 years later, the organization counts 265 units and about 7000 active volunteers. Natteravnene are ordinary adults in small groups of 3 men/women in their own town or residential area at the time of the night where the youngsters normally are out there by themselves. It is a question of creating a safe and balanced townscape by adults ‘taking a walk’. Natteravnene will always listen and talk to the youngsters and help whenever needed. They take responsibility by being present as role models with values as responsibility and care. The target set by Natteravnene is simple – safety, happiness and integration.
