Behind Myken Yoga is Maiken Toft Christiansen.

Wanderlust Yogi.

Certified Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga instructor, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, ASI SUP Yoga and flatwater Level 1 SUP instructor.
Currently studying Psychomotor Therapy (prof.bachelor).
