KOMPETENS ApS is a development-focused company based in Denmark who has created a platform to invest in people through education, training, technical and financial support.
KOMPETENS is involved in education, training and transfer of skills and competences in the field of agricul-ture, micro-finance, rural development, sustainable environment and health. They work closely with private partners in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Namibia and through their actions hope to contribute to knowledge development, growth of human capital and reduction in poverty.
Under this programme KOMPETENS is funding a Master Class Course developed and conducted in Den-mark by SEGES for participants with an agricultural background from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Namibia.
