In 1945, our founder, Arne Bundgaard Jensen, had to sell his Nimbus motorcycle and borrow money from his father to buy the bicycle and auto repair shop at Oddervej in Aarhus. Since then the bicycle workshop has developed into a dynamic international company, delivering state-of-the-art technology, which is one of the world's leading companies when it comes to development and production of truck-mounted cranes, vehicle body buildings, hydraulics and transport equipment. HMF’s products are exported to more than 50 countries worldwide.

Since the beginning in 1945, HMF has focused on product development and innovation, however always with regards to quality and craftsmanship. Functionality and safety are important factors in all HMF's product development.
The high quality is achieved in compliance with the ISO 9001 quality management standard. HMF strive to continuously improve manufacturing techniques and this, combined with the use of advanced production equipment, ensures the highest quality product in the best working environment.

All products are rigorously tested either on test benches or ready mounted on trucks before leaving the factory. This way, we ensure that only thoroughly tested and reliable products are supplied to the customer.

Today HMF is synonymous with high quality, innovative solutions, and above all extremely hard-wearing products.
