Go2WOOD is powered by CHORA CONNECTION, where we are considering the bio-economy of the Nordic region coupled with local challenges in DENMARK regarding climate, ecology, resource management, job creation and well-being. Wood may well hold the answer.

The Go2WOOD is a knowledge partnership and initiative which aims to promote the sustainable use of wood in Denmark. Go2WOOD aligns several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:
15- sustainable forest management
11- sustainable and resilient cities
08- sustainable economic development
09- sustainable industrialisation

We specialise in the entire value chain of WOOD. The increased use of wood from sustainably managed forests, either locally, regionally or from abroad.
INCREASE demand. With enhancing new uses of wood.
INCREASE afforestation, or the planting of forests on land previous used for other purposes.
PROMOTE wood material engineering.
CATALIZE prototypes for a mid rise in engineered timber in Denmark and innovative local projects with municipalities.
DOCUMENT the carbon savings from third party life cycle analysis from more carbon intensive materials.
