The company is formed by a young Italian couple: Roberto and Barbara.
Roberto is 38 years old. He is of Sicilian origin and have always had a strong passion for cooking and creating desserts. This passion led him to start his very young career in the restaurant business and in the gastronomy. For a short time he also lived in Paris where he worked as assistant cook. In January 2009, after working for several years as a restaurateur he decided to open his own business mainly related to the production of ice cream and desserts. Over the years this activity has been extended with the sale of typical Sicilian salted products.
AT nearly 40 years, with the desire for new challenges, he decided to make known abroad his concept of Italian cuisine, choosing Denmark as an ideal country to express his passion.

Barbara is 40 years old, and unlike her husband has had a different experience. Degree in sociology, for about 15 years, she worked in Vodafone S.p.A. mobile phone companies, first as a receptionist and then in the office responsible for the various data reporting (planning & control). In June of 2013 leaves Vodafone to help her husband in running the business family. In the activity, in addition to treating customer management, she specializes in cake design. Driven by the same desire of her husband to face new challenges, she decides to follow him in this new adventure.
