The learning aspect is central in all aspects of teaching and activities. Personal commitment and contribution are expected from all students as learning and development depend on a high level of activity. Participants must dare to be challenged in new fields within:
- Intercultural learning and co-operation, Conflict management, Team building, Teamwork processes.
- Project management, Communication, Presentation technique, Creative activity development.
- Leader training, Organisational management, International fundraising, Dilemmas in organisational work.
- Democracy and civil society, European culture, European and international politics.

The schedule also includes fun workshops and events. Besides, there is unique offer from EuroClass - two study trips around Europe and one month voluntary stay in a European organization.
