Dueval offers a quantitative management due diligence tool to buyers and sellers alike in the mergers and acquisitions process. Dueval extracts patterns in leadership behaviors and corporate culture from comprehensive survey data of the employees, using artificial intelligence, to support a valid and fair company valuation. To communicate the result of the A.I.’s analysis, we generate a management report, that translates the analysis to natural language as well as visualizations, to make the large and complicated data meaningful to decision makers.

Dueval evaluates corporate culture via big data to give our customers a fuller and more precise picture a company’s corporate culture, and thereby supports minimizing risk in M&A.
