CHQ is a Danish consultancy specialised in people and organisational development. Our passion is to guide you and your company to insights about the benefits of co-creation, focusing on performance and wellbeing and how strong those elements work together. To do this, we have developed an efficient method to help leaders, employees and teams go through changes and reach new highs with renewed energy and will to succeed.

Our experience extends from individual courses for leaders and self-employed to groups courses for smaller teams and entire companies. The key to success is a structured process, where it becomes clear to everyone how to achieve the results we dream about, and how resistance to anything new and different can turn into acceptance and progress - and create better results.

We have worked with municipal and state government in Denmark, multinational companies, manufacturing companies, top-level organisations in Greenland, small entrepreneurs and socially disadvantaged people about to enter the labor market. It is important for us to approach our clients as unique individuals or units, which is why we tailor our courses to fit the company or the organisation in question. However, the overall mindset is always the same. Broadly, it is about moving from insight, to development, to growth. And we do this through awareness, good tools and an involving approach.
