Carelog Freight Service is a Danish owned forwarding company specialized in sea- and airfreight.

As a service intermediary between shippers and transportation providers, we are not constrained by any ‘physical’ boundaries. For this simple reason, we can basically accomplish all tasks for our customers but when we do commit ourselves to something, we do it because we are confident that we have the capabilities to do a better job than anyone else.

We have no intention of asserting to be the best at everything, as that would be a bold claim to make by anyone. Our focus is concentrated on our core areas in South- and East Asia and North America, because we are confident that we can provide an exceptional service - and make a difference for our customers here.

A central concept of our philosophy is to encourage each individual employee to take personal accountability. A Carelog employee must be able to prioritize time and resources to make the right decisions, as we do not want the accomplishment of tasks disturbed by unwieldy chains of command.

We want to create value through active and competent decision-making on all organizational levels - and we strongly believe in the importance of the personal accountability, as the key to our competitive advantage. Thus, we work actively to delegate responsibility and ensure that accountability is taken as close to the customer as possible.
