Work4Germany is a Social Entrepreneurship based on a staffing firm, which:

1. Identifies qualified work seeking immigrants

2. Filters their potentials and strengths

3. Detects barriers regarding the labour market entry and supports to eliminate them

4. Helps to facilitate qualifications and to train cultural skills in order to prepare them for the labour market

5. Finally places them to an adequate employer and will continue to support them individually

MISSION STATEMENT

Regarding the current lack of qualified employees on the German labour market and the predicted demographic development to an older growing population due to a regressive birth rate, which has a negative effect on our pension scheme, our civil duty is to find a solution to counteract this problem. Due to miserable political situations in some countries, Germany among others currently registers a big inflow of potential qualified foreign workers. In our opinion this inflow is an opportunity to create a win-win situation. On the one hand for those who were forced to leave their lives behind and on the other hand for the people living in this country, which includes also them who had to make the decision coming here in order to find a new place where they can live in peace. The chance for both sides is worthwhile, even though the reason for their arrival is tragic and pitiable! We want to have a hand in welcoming and integrating those, who deserve getting friendly help, after all the struggle they had to go through by themselves! In a nutshell it is our effort to show a warm-hearted act of friendship in order to help taking away their sorrows and doubts. We want to let them know, that they are welcome!
