Wir vernetzen die Saarlandfreunde in aller Welt über die Saarlandbotschafter und die Freundeskreise des Saarlandes im Ausland, die Sympathieteams.

Die Aufgabe der Sympathieteams ist es, Menschen und Wissen überall in der Welt zusammenzuführen, Kreativität zu wecken und Erfahrung weiterzugeben, um so das Saarland voranzubringen.

Die Saarländer/innen definieren wir dabei grösser. Natürlich die geborenen- aber auch die, die eine positive Beziehung zum Saarland durch Studium, Arbeit oder einen Aufenthalt entwickelt haben. Mit einem Augenzwinkern kreieren wir den „Global-Saarländer“, weltoffen und tolerant, der tief in seinem Herzen für das Saarland einen Platz bewahrt hat.

The aim of the SHS Foundation is to connect the friends of the Saarland all over the world. Therefore we are searching a Saarland Ambassador in every State of the UN (www.saarlandbotschafter.de)

We are connecting the friends of the Saarland with help of the Saarland Ambassadors and our friends all over the world, the Sympathieteams.
The task of the Sympathieteams is to bring together people and knowledge from all over the world, to awaken creativity and experience and to promote the Saarland.

We are looking for Saarlanders. Of course those born in the Saarland, but, by our own re-definition also anyone who has a positive relationship with the Saarland, people who have studied here, worked here or even just passed through.

Within a blink of an eye we have created the "Global Saarlander"- a cosmopolitan and tolerant person that has retained a place deep in their heart for the Saarland.
