The piezo based products provide numerous advantages such as: almost unlimited motion resolution for nanopositioning, high force generation, motion without mechanical play, and very short response times. Thanks to these characteristics, the piezo stages are suitable for many applications such as micro- and nanopositioning. All systems are designed using FEA and are measured using specialized interferometric metrology equipment.
