I have always loved to cook and experiment in the kitchen. In 2012, I was reading a book and came across the word Paleo. About one page of the book was devoted to Paleo and it fascinated me so much that I set on an adventure to find out as much about it as possible. After radically changing my diet to cut out all processed foods and cook with fresh high quality ingredients my health improved tremendously.
Then I decided to find out more about what effects food has on our bodies and set about qualifying myself as a holistic nutrition consultant. I learned so much... And I would love to share this information with you too, to help you feel better.
With a holistic approach, focusing on optimizing or restoring your health using high quality unprocessed ingredients, optimal health can be achieved. Holistic means that the individual is considered as a whole – body, mind and soul - and focus is on this rather than the isolated current health matter of concern. I believe in the healing potential of food and also of the body’s self-regulatory capabilities to get well again.
