New Zealand National Team player (The Football Ferns). Currently playing professional Football for AFC Ajax.

Studied at UC Berkeley and am now a certified Health Coach and currently doing a personal trainers course through Fit College NZ.

Through my experience as a professional athlete I would like to help others achieve their personal bests. I feel good when I eat natural nutritious food and exercise. These two things combined have a huge effect on your mind and body. I hope after finishing study I can someday create my own business to help people live a balanced healthy lifestyle.
