I used to be a head chef, restaurant manager and a chef at a mental health hospital I am upto date with my health and hygiene, I have been working in the food and catering industry for the past 11 years.
I have catered for Border fine arts and Race course restaurants, whilst working up the chain of Chef and Restaurant manager.

My new business does Cupcakes and small Cakes that will make your mouth water and wanting more, as for the tier cakes they are to die for.
