ITA:Il "De Cattiveria" nasce dalla necessità di vivere in un mondo giusto e dalla consapevolezza che se ognuno fa la sua parte tutto a questo mondo sarà più semplice. Il nostro obiettivo principale è creare un collegamento tra la nostra terra natia e la terra che ci ha accolto, presentando le molteplici storie di rivolta di chi abita in territori distrutti dal cemento e dai capannoni, dalle immense opere pubbliche e dalle speculazioni spesso ben conosciute in Italia ma poco all'estero. Abbiamo deciso di parlare con un linguaggio ben chiaro a tutti, il cibo e il buon vino: una convivialità di qualità, sana e giusta. Per la scelta dei nostri prodotti abbiamo prima di tutto stabilito uno standard etico: i nostri fornitori devono aver assunto i lavoratori a tempo indeterminato, devono coltivare con metodo biologico o biodinamico o naturale, non devono produrre più di una certa quantità di bottiglie per ettaro e i vitigni devono essere necessariamente autoctoni. Abbiamo deciso di affiancare alle bevande un menù vegano-vegetariano e crudista di produzione propria:i vegetali sono coltivati direttamente da noi in quattro campi rimasti per lungo tempo incolti. I prodotti saranno poi trasportati a Lipsia nel nostro piccolo locale gentilmente fornitoci dalle Haushalten e.V che stiamo sistemando personalmente. Ogni lavoro a parte l'impiantistica è stato fatto con lo scambio di "tempo con tempo" e tutti gli oggetti, tranne gli elettrodomestici, sono stati scambiati con piccoli lavori, recuperati da gente che li voleva buttare, trovati e sistemati. Tutto questo nell'ottica del recupero senza spreco. Il prossimo passo sarà essere il primo locale in Germania con la certificazione di Addio Pizzo: a noi la Mafia fa schifo e questo genere di logica non la vogliamo esportare da nessuna parte. Nostra intenzione è mantenere la qualità dell'offerta in un quartiere che è in veloce cambiamento senza abbassare gli standard etici e perdere la possibilità di aver un prodotto di pregio che però non è costato la vita a nessuno e che ci rende anche un po' più liberi.

ENG:The Osteria "De Cattiveria" is born from the need for living in a fair world and from the awareness that if everyone does his part, everything in the world will be simpler. Our main goal is to create a connection between our mother country and the country which received us, presenting the numerous stories of rebellion of those who still live in areas destroyed by cement, hangars, huge public works, and gambles, usually well known in Italy but not really abroad. We have decided to talk through a language that is clear to everybody: wine and food; a quality conviviality, fair and healthy. For the selection of our products we have fixed at first an ethical standard: our providers must have hired all their employes with open-ended contracts, they must grow their vegetables with biological, biodynamic or natual agricolture methods, they must not produce more than a certain quantity of wine bottles per hectare and their wine variety must necessarily be native. We have decided to combine our drinks with a raw vegan/vegetarian self-produced menu; the vegetables are grown directly by us in four fields which have been uncultivated for a long time. The products will then be moved to our small pub that was kindly provided by Haushalten e.V, which we are personally renovating. Each work, with the exception of the plants, has been made with a time-for-time exchange, and each supply, except the appliances, has been exchanged with little jobs, retrieved from people that were throwing it away, or found and restored. All of this has been made following the perspective of recovering without any waste. The next step will be becoming the first pub in Germany with the "Addio Pizzo" (goodbye bribe) certification: mafia makes us sick and we do not want to export its logic anywhere. Our purpose is to keep the quality of our offer in a fast-changing district, without decreasing our ethical standards and losing the opportunity of having a selected product that did not cost lives and that also makes us a little bit freer!
