Die Zeit ist gekommen, um das wiederzuentdecken und fortzuführen, was unsere Vorfahren erfunden haben.Vor zweihundert Jahren gab es die sogenannten Kulturvereine, wo Schriftsteller, Komponisten, Musiker, Maler und andere sich häufig trafen und so für einen kulturellen Austausch sorgten. Dies führte zu einer neuen Lebensqualität und war eine Energiequelle für Geist und Seele der Menschen.Das Vergnügen - und darüber hinaus die Notwendigkeit - der Geselligkeit ist ein vom Aussterben bedrohtes Konzept in unserer heutigen Zeit, in welcher der Fortschritt der Technologie eher die virtuellen Geselligkeit brachte.Wir haben das große Vergnügen, Sie zur Eröffnung unseres kulinarischen Kulturclubs einzuladen - ein beispielloser Ort, wo sich der geheimnisvolle Geschmack unserer Rezepte mit dem Klang von qualitativer Musik mischt.Dieser wunderbare Ort entstammt unserer Liebe zur Kunst, in allen seinenFormen, vor allem aber unserer Liebe für die Oper.
Wir sind zwei Opernsänger - Ziyan Atfeh (Bass-Bariton) und Letitia Vitelaru (lyrischer Koloratursopran) und wir wünschen uns, bei Veranstaltungen in der stimmungsvollen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre des Kulturclubs, unsere Liebe zur Kunst und Musik an junge und talentierte Künstler weiterzugeben.
Deshalb haben wir das Vergnügen, mit Studenten aus Musikschulen und des Leipziger Konservatoriums zusammenzuarbeiten, damit Ihnen bei uns die Möglichkeit gegeben wird, ihre eigenen Talente vor einem Publikum zu präsentieren.
Apropos Kunst, natürlich kann und wird es auch an der Kochkunst nicht fehlen.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie Teil unseres kulinarischen Clubs sein werden und sich die Gelegenheit nicht entgehen lassen, die köstlichen und abwechslungsreichen europäischen und orientalischen Gerichte zu probieren.Unser Club wird von Montag bis Sontag rund um die Uhr geöffnet sein.
Sie können bei uns frühstücken, zu Mittag und zu Abend essen. Was halten Sie zum Beispiel von einem klassischen internationalen Frühstück, mit abwechslungsreichem Angebot in einer einladenden Umgebung?
Zum Mittagessen haben Sie die Möglichkeit, neben dem Menu à la carte auch das Menü des Tages mit schnellem Service zu bestellen, falls Sie unter Zeitdruck stehen. Egal wofür Sie sich entscheiden, bei uns genießen Sie eine erstklassige Mahlzeit zu einem angemessenen Preis.Das Abendessen in unseren Club ist etwas Besonderes! Sie werden Opernvorstellungen live, mit Klavierbegleitung, und raffinierte Gerichte, inspiriert von der traditionellen Küche Europas und des Orients, genießen.
Unsere erlesenen Gerichte werden für Sie wie eine Reise um die Welt sein! Außerdem warten viele Überraschungen auf Sie: Themenmenüs, inspiriert von der Ära eines bestimmten Komponisten und viele internationale kulinarische Überraschungen!

…the time has come to rediscover and to continue that which those better than us have invented.Two hundred years ago, there were the so-called culture clubs, where writers, composers, musicians, painters, and others met frequently, thus ensuring a cultural exchange and a life of quality, a new source of energy for our spirit and soul.
The pleasure – and moreover the necessity – of socializing is an endangered concept in our day and age, as the advances in technology brought virtual socializing along.
We have the great pleasure of inviting you to the opening of our culture and culinary club – an unprecedented place, where the mysterious taste of our recipes blends with the sound of quality music.This wonderful place comes from our love for art, in all its forms, but especially from our love for opera. We are two opera singers – Ziyan Atfeh (bass-baritone) and Letitia Vitelaru (lyric coloratura soprano) and, in this intimate and welcoming environment, we wish to pass on to young talented artists the love for music and art in general, through the events which will be part of our program.Therefore, we have the pleasure to collaborate with students from music schools and from the Leipzig Conservatory, thus offering them the opportunity to present their own talents in front of an audience.Speaking of art, the culinary art could not, of course, be absent. We hope that many of you will be part of our culinary club and will have the chance to sample the delicious and varied European and Oriental dishes. Our club will be open all day, six days a week. It will be closed only on Mondays. Here, you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You could have a classic international breakfast, with varied dishes, in a welcoming environment. For lunch, you could also order the menu of the day, with a quick service, in case you are pressed for time.
You will enjoy a quality meal at a decent price.Dinner in our establishment is special!
You will be able to enjoy opera recitals performed live, with piano accompaniment, refined dishes inspired by the ancient traditional cuisine of Europe and the Orient.

Bistro“Do Re Mi” – Cibo e Musica

…e arrivato il momento di riprendere quello che gli altri prima di noi hanno inventato. 200 anni fa esistevano i cosiddetti “club culturali” dove si incontravano scrittori, autori, compositori, musicisti, pittori e non solo. Cosi, si creava un intercambio culturale e nello stesso tempo una vita sociale di qualita - una risorsa di energia nuova per lo spirito e per il nostro animo.
Noi siamo lieti di proporre un contesto molto simile , dove si aggiunge anche il buon umore dato dai nostri frequenti concerti per voce e strumenti, abbinata ad una cucina davvero deliziosa. Abbiamo il piacere di invitarvi all’inaugurazione del nostro “club culturale e culinare” - “ Bistro Do Re Mi” – un posto inedito dove il gusto misterioso delle nostre ricette si confonda con il suono gentile della musica classica. Questo meraviglioso posto nasce dall’amore per l’arte in tutte le sue forme, ma soprattutto dall’amore per l’opera. Siamo due cantanti lirici – Ziyan Atfeh, bass-bariton e Letitia Vitelaru, soprano lirico e il nostro obiettivo e di trasmettere ai giovani talenti l’amore per la musica e per l’arte in generale, attraverso gli eventi serali che saranno parte integrante del nostro programma. A tal proposito abbiamo l’intenzione di collaborare con gli allievi delle scuole e del Conservatorio di Leipzig, dandogli cosi la possibilita di esibirsi il proprio talento davanti al pubblico, anche se non molto numeroso.
Parlando dell’arte, certamente non poteva mancare L’Arte Culinare. Vi aspettiamo numerosi ad assaggiare le nostre deliziose e varie ricette italiane e mediorientali. Il nostro Bistro e aperto tutti i giorni dalle ore 10 alle 23, con colazione internazionale, pranzo e cena. La cena da noi e speciale, gioierete delle serate con musica live accompagnate dal nostro pianista, inoltre saranno ricette raffinatissime dalla cucina tradizionale con sapori molto antichi.
Il nostro menu e una vera mappa dei sapori in un’ottica internazionale. Vi aspettano sorprese piacevoli: i menu a tema specifica ispirate dall’epoca del compositore abbinato alla sua musica e molte altre novita culinari internazionali. Quindi : Musica di qualita,buon umore e sapori antichi!!!
