Pintos Hostal is located in Bogotá, in the way to la Calera, an area that provides guests with a taste of the real Colombia, with local food, language, culture and lifestyle to match. All year round, every day of the week, Bogotá’s locals make their way up the mountain cycling, hiking, trekking, climbing and horse-riding to enjoy the marvelous views, friendly atmosphere, amazing nature and clean air.

Pintos Hostal is located a mere 15-minute bus- or taxi ride uphill from the city’s hotspot areas, such as Chapinero, La zona T and Usaquén. The touristy areas, such as La Candelaria and Monserrate are a 20-minute ride away.

Guests staying at Pintos Hostal enjoy free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking, use of barbecue and bonfire areas, lots of greenery, hammocks, a large book collection, a shared kitchen, 3 bathrooms with hot showers, and sauna. (For the sauna an additional fee of $25.000 is requested).

Pintos Hostal is run by Ricardo and Paula Pinto, a father and daughter born and bred in Bogotá, who will do their utmost to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They are passionate about other cultures and languages as much as their own, and always make time to share a good Colombian coffee or beer, and chat about all the beautiful secret places their city and country have to offer.
